Led the end-to-end commercialization of Duke’s first vegan mayonnaise, expanding the brand into the plant-based space with an egg-free alternative to its flagship product. Collaborated cross-functionally to align R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales in launching a nationally distributed innovation under tight customer deadlines.

Duke's x Hardee's LTO Collaboration

High-visibility limited-time offer featuring Duke’s Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce in March 2025, executed in both bulk pouch and PC dip cup formats. Supported a marketing-led initiative to elevate brand awareness and increase market share for a lesser-known product through national QSR distribution.

Private Label Export Mayonnaise to Saudi Arabia

Led the end-to-end development and launch of a private label mayonnaise program for export to Saudi Arabia, totaling >1M cases annually. Delivered the project in under 3 months, navigating global logistics, strict ingredient restrictions, and packaging localization.

Duke's Mayo Classic & Bowl Game Specialty Labels

Spearheaded the end-to-end execution of a specialty label program tied to the annual Duke’s Mayo Classic and Duke’s Mayo Bowl. Managed everything from kickoff through delivery for limited-edition jars featuring the competing teams’ logos and colors. The campaign gained national attention through retail placement, online promotion, and in-stadium giveaways, driving fan engagement and expanding brand visibility during peak football season.

Mateo's Queso Product Line Extension

Managed the successful rollout of three new retail SKUs under the Mateo’s Quest product line, expanding the brand’s footprint through a focused line extension that introduced fresh innovation to its salsa portfolio. Drove the project from concept through launch, ensuring alignment across packaging, formula development, and retailer delivery timelines.

Brought to market a new line of coastal-inspired seafood sauces under the Duke’s Southern Sauces portfolio, expanding the brand’s reach into fresh flavor territories. Managed all phases of development across four new retail SKUs, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver the line with speed, creativity, and brand consistency.

Private Label Foodservice Aioli Line
National Distributor Program

Developed and launched a full line of five custom aioli sauces for a major national food distributor, tailored specifically for the away-from-home market. The gallon-format products were designed for widespread foodservice use in restaurant kitchens and institutional settings, balancing flavor-forward innovation with operational efficiency.
